Who I help
I work with amazing business women and non-binary people, usually over the age of 40 years old, who have an existing WordPress website. I work across all industries, with clients in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA. What do they have in common? Their website is giving them headaches, causing issues and not working as hard as they are.
The kind of person I help
She / they are brilliant at what they do. However, they are not techy and WordPress either wasn't explained to them or it wasn't explained in a way they understood.
For whatever reason, going back to their original designer is not an option. They know their website should be doing more for their business but they're sick of trying to figure it out with Google or YouTube videos. They need someone they can trust who is on their side.
You'll hear them say things like:
- I can't ever get hold of my web designer
- My website hasn't changed in years - I know it needs work but I don't know who to trust
- I keep ignoring the errors on my website, hoping they'll sort themselves out
- I paid for this website but nobody ever showed me how to use it
- I'm scared to touch my website in case I break something
- I'm embarrassed by my website so I don't use it any more
What do I do for them?
I'm the WordPress Fairy Godmother. I fix, update, review, maintain and teach — so they can stop avoiding their website and start using it as a real part of their business.
Depending on what they need, I can:
- Fix errors and get a neglected WordPress site secure and running properly
- Run a Strategic Website Review — a recorded 45-minute Zoom where we find the gaps that are costing them leads
- Take over all the tech with a Stress Less Webcare Plan — monitoring, updates, backups, security
- Do a Website Makeover in a Day — planning call plus five focused hours of implementation
- Train them on their own website so they feel confident using it
