In the next few minutes you'll receive an email confirming the date and time of the session that you've booked. Please KEEP this email. If something changes and you need to reschedule, this email has the link at the bottom so you can reschedule.

You'll also receive an email and text reminder the day before. The reminder email will contain the following information that you'll need to have handy before the meeting:

• ensure you're in a place where you can use Zoom
• please have handy your WordPress administrator username and password to log into your website
• your username and password for your hosting (we may not need this depending on your tweak or fix)

If you haven't received the initial email, please check your junk / spam folders and if it's not there simply email me at and I'll make sure you receive the relevant information.
